He received MBA in Healthcare Management from Symbiosis University, Pune, India and completed his master degree in bioinformatics from Rajiv Gandhi University of health science. He has gained, through qualification and experience, an insight into various aspects of the Healthcare sector.
In his previous assignments he has advised several organizations on linking organizations and healthcare services through effective leadership strategies. He has worked closely with executive teams to develop cutting edge healthcare technologies.
Over 8 years, he has advised some of the leading companies in Healthcare, Technology and outsourcing sectors and specializes in the development of tools that integrate business, financial and human resource goals. In his previous avatar he has founded and run his own healthcare company – Cardia Medicare, worked with Wipro Technology, Fortis Healthcare and Apollo Healthcare. Given his cross- functional experience he is able to visualize people issues with a deep insight that adds value for his clients and their employees.

Naveen Srinivas is MD & and Director of Wide Heart Solutions.
He has a Master of Science in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems in Robotics from University of Sussex, UK. His core areas of practice include Industrial Automation, Product Lifecycle Management, Non-linear Control Systems and Industrial Robotics.
Naveen with comprehensive experience of nearly 15 years in all facets of PLM practices across various automotive industries. He worked with Siemens in the field of PLM products and implementation with clients like Mahindra, Hearo Honda, Maruthi etc and been part of developing Business analytics for various industries to bring more value to the cooperate Business.
He had also been a Research Engineer at Reva Electric Car Pvt ltd and Been part of development of Electric cars and technology with various modern challenges.
Currently he has been part of forming Cogxar Research and solutions which is an organization working towards Artificial Intelligence and cognitive based technologies.
